In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise.

By completing the mpo19 account registration process — including providing your personal details, creating login credentials, and clicking any confirmation button — you represent and warrant that:

• You have read this Agreement in full and understand its contents.
• You accept all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set out in this Agreement and any supplementary documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

mpo19 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

Use of the mpo19 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo19 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all gaming products. Age verification documents will be requested before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during an account's lifetime.
• Residency: mpo19 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk. mpo19 does not accept liability for a Player's compliance with their own local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
• One Account: You must not hold any existing Account on the mpo19 Platform under any identity, email address, phone number, or payment method.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period on mpo19 or any other gaming platform with which mpo19 shares exclusion records.
• Own Identity: You must register and play using your own legal identity. Registering on behalf of another person or using a third party's payment methods is strictly prohibited.

To access any real-money product on mpo19, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires the submission of the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Preferred username and a strong password

All information submitted at registration must be accurate and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

mpo19 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time during the account's active lifetime. KYC documents typically requested include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a selfie, and proof of ownership of the registered payment method. Accounts that fail KYC or decline to submit requested documentation will be suspended until verification is completed.

Account credentials — your username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact mpo19 support immediately via live chat.

5.1 Deposits. mpo19 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer and Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. mpo19 does not impose any platform-side deposit fee. Processing times are instant for all supported methods via real-time clearing. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own legal name will be rejected and returned, less any third-party processing charges incurred.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered on the Player's mpo19 Account, and the account holder name must match the registered mpo19 player name exactly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). mpo19 may request KYC documentation before processing a Player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold.

5.3 Payment Method Restrictions. mpo19 does not accept deposits via credit cards, virtual accounts not tied to a registered player identity, cryptocurrencies, or any anonymous payment instrument. All transactions must be traceable to a named individual consistent with the mpo19 account registration.

5.4 Currency. All Balances, Wagers, winnings, and Bonus amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. mpo19 does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services. Players are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform.

6.1 General. mpo19 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-linked promotions (e.g., Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and take precedence over this clause where they conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are non-withdrawable.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward rollover; live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Contribution rates are published per promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of credit, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date, will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without replacement or compensation.

6.5 Abuse Prevention. mpo19 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing offsetting bets to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, and any form of collusion with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics.

6.6 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Each Player is entitled to claim the mpo19 welcome bonus once only, based on their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses are strictly non-transferable and may not be claimed by players who have previously held an Account on the Platform under any identity.

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on mpo19 — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, as well as live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are provided by licensed, internationally certified game studios. Random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently tested and certified for fairness. mpo19 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on mpo19 cover BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, AFF Cup, and other international competitions. 7.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on mpo19 are sourced from the official Hongkong Pools result published at the scheduled draw time. Any discrepancy between the mpo19 displayed result and the official source will be resolved in favor of the official source result.

7.4 Crash Games. Crash game rounds (including Aviator by Spribe) use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined by a cryptographically secure process that is verifiable by Players after each round concludes.

7.5 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in game code — any winnings derived from an acknowledged bug are void
• Collusion with other Players or with third parties to fix or influence outcomes
• Arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine gaming intent and requesting withdrawal

mpo19 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All real-money gaming on the Platform is for entertainment purposes only. mpo19 provides the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them when a session has reached a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion) by contacting the mpo19 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from mpo19.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo19 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues that result in the loss of a wager in progress or the inability to place a wager.
• Any actions taken by third-party game providers in connection with the provision of game content on the Platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing of Account credentials.
• Any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk; mpo19 is not responsible for the outcome of any wager.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mpo19's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 By mpo19. mpo19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• Prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.5 is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Player is found to be, or is reasonably suspected of being, a Prohibited Player as defined in Clause 3.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe.
• The Account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• The Player has made a chargeback request through their bank or e-wallet provider.

Where a suspension is lifted following investigation and no breach is found, any balance withheld during the suspension period will be restored in full.

11.2 By the Player. Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact the mpo19 support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any active bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements, will be withdrawn to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

mpo19 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. mpo19 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. mpo19 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and does not claim to be regulated by any Indonesian government agency, given that online gaming occupies a legally ambiguous status under current Indonesian law.

Any dispute between a Player and mpo19 must first be submitted to the mpo19 customer support team via live chat or the email address [email protected]. mpo19 will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved at first-contact level, it may be escalated to a senior review panel whose decision is final and binding.

Disputes regarding wager settlements must be raised within 30 calendar days of the settlement date. Claims submitted outside this window will not be entertained.
